Foundations of Winning Strategies with Wardley Maps

This is the only in-person Wardley Map training in the World. Leveraging our business experience, we position maps in the context of their practical use in business strategy and give you mapping experience. By the end of the training, you will understand maps and be able to draft your own maps. There will be follow-on advanced strategy training and supervision exploring advanced concepts of Wardley Maps and strategy deployment.

A Coaching Approach to Change

Change efforts often encounter resistance from the people on whom change is inflicted. Coaching is about co-designing change for strong buy-in. Can we achieve better Change progress by adopting a coaching approach? This course is suitable for Leaders, Consultants, and Professional Coaches. It defines a coaching approach to Change and offers techniques to make change emergent, based on the Agendashift© IdOO pattern. This training shall offer ICF CCEUs.

Applied Flow Cohort

Flow is emerging as a new guiding beacon for Change in organisations. Flow is a multi-level construct, from people in a Flow state to flowing processes and alignment to the Flow of value. This training offers the foundations of Flow thinking and is designed to help you drive Flow improvements in your organisations alongside the curriculum. The training establishes the concepts of Flow, how to drive excellence, alignment of organisations, operating models, leadership and strategy. It offers a coherent and practical foundational mix to start with Flow.
