Promoting Coaching Cultures

Series of systemic coaching workshops promoting coaching cultures in the organisation

Service Description

This special series is designed to promote a coaching culture in support of opening people's horizons to in-house coaching programmes or considering augmenting their leadership skills with coaching. The programme is made of three systemic workshops that may be run in-person or virtually: 1- What makes coaching cultures 2- Opening a better conversation in Systemic Equity with coaching cultures 3- Evolving our relationship with coaching cultures as organisations, leaders or coaches Those workshops were designed as part of the International Coaching Federation's Coaching Cultures series and are open to use in organisations. Format of the Service: - Upon signing up for the service, we schedule the workshops with you and will look to accommodate in-person or virtual runs (1), - We run each of the workshops once, or we can agree to run them multiple times to accommodate different time zones or business units, - We will review with you the emergence from those workshops and discuss how you may address the deployment of your subsequent coaching efforts. (1)- For virtual runs, it is necessary to accept using Zoom and Miro boards (or equivalent). We can also extend this service to public speaking at our meetup, and we review and arrange with you to feature on the conference tour, help you with paper submissions, and coach your leaders to prepare their presentations (which offers great scope for leadership development).
