Service Description

The coaching/mentoring programmes are individual coaching programmes designed to provide a safe space for mid-management and team leaders to reflect on their experiences navigating Change and, for some, their first steps into leadership. This service also comes with a specialist focus on digital and new ways of working roles. For instance, we accommodate software engineers who may be promoted quickly in their early careers without time to hone their leadership. Outcomes of the service: - Improvement of leadership skills in mid-level management and team leadership,  - Better alignment in teams and across teams,  - Better team morale and performance, - Increased adoption of change and improvements to the business,  - Development of people engagement and initiative, - Effective problem-solving.  Format of the service: - Upon booking the service, we will review the different leadership development needs with you and will coach-match your team appropriately, - The managers in scope will be on-boarded onto our Platform for Continuous Change, where they can book their sessions directly with our coaches, - Their first session will be used to reflect on their current landscape, establish their coaching/mentoring agenda, and start discussing the specific challenges they face. This session sets the direction for the rest of the programme, - Subsequent sessions will explore further their topics and/or situations that developed, allowing them the space to reflect effectively, make progress, find solutions, and feel empowered, therefore personally developing in leadership, - We follow a six-month cycle, which is the right time to address one change. It represents six months of support at the rate of one session a month. You may consume the sessions faster if you have some urgency, reassuring you of the support you will receive and allowing you to adapt the programme to your needs.

Cancellation Policy

This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
