This programme, backed by our extensive team coaching expertise, is specifically designed to continuously assist a Startup Team in navigating the complexities of its unfolding environment, living its operating model for agility, and maintaining its leadership alignment at all times. When operating in the dynamic, changing landscape of early-day Startups, a leadership team must be unified and well-coordinated with its teams. It helps to use our assistance as we bring the healthy challenges and the tools to support you. Henko's unique approach, which blends intentional teamwork to maintain a healthy team relationship with focused, purposeful work to balance strategy, execution, excellence, and requisite agility, allows you to maintain alignment and make it matter for your success. The cost of our support is marginal, given our fractal engagement, and represents very good value for money. Format of the service: - Initial interview of the different leadership team members, - Observation of the team dynamics of the leadership team as part of your regular synch sessions, - One workshop every six months to determine the focus agenda for growth, - Systemic team health coaching workshops to intentionally discuss and maintain a healthy and dynamic team relationship, - One advisory focus point at a time to improve Flow, accountability, strategic alignment, operational excellence, etc. - Provision some time for extended follow-ups with team members on particular points This service considers attending the team's governance sessions in person or virtually, as would suit you. It can operate from a few dedicated workshops to a very hands-on approach, as needed by your business and team. Upon booking the service, we discuss the depth and cadence of the needed assistance and will give you a fixed quote for a six month cycle. We will then track the service's progress in the service reviews.
Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
