Henko's unique approach, which blends intentional teamwork to maintain a healthy team relationship with purposeful focus to balance strategy, execution, excellence, and requisite agility, allows you to maintain alignment and make it matter for your success. Given our fractal engagement, the cost of our support is marginal, and it represents very good value for money to maintain alignment and continuous progress. Format of the service: - Initial interview of the different leadership team members, - Observation of the team dynamics of the leadership team as part of your regular synch sessions, - Establishing an agenda of work for a six-month (renewable) increment, mixing business strategy, change strategy and leadership team dynamics, - Regular team health coaching workshops to intentionally discuss and maintain a healthy and dynamic team relationship, - Provide additional time for extended follow-ups with team members on particular points. This service considers attending the team's governance sessions in person or virtually, as you prefer. It can operate from a few dedicated workshops to a very hands-on approach, as needed by your business and team. Upon booking the service, we will discuss the depth and cadence of the assistance needed and will give you a fixed quote for a six-month cycle. Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish your interest in engaging the support of Henko. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of an engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for engagements that need to happen on a specific date (e.g., presentations, off-sites). It is best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
