Management of an engaging schedule of activities for inhouse Centres of Excellence or Guilds
Service Description
This service addresses the difficulty of providing a consistent and continued focus on maintaining in-house learning communities known as Centre of Excellence or Guilds, often in the areas of engineering practices or ways-of-working. The effort is often left to the best endeavours of staff members, and it collapses when delivery pressures hit or people move on. You cannot leave the continued stimulation of expertise and talent development with so little resilience. We assist in this effort to provide continuity of engagement. We created the Digital Leadership Network seven years ago and have run a steady stream of meetups ever since. We can extend the same service for your in-house purpose. Format of the Service: - Upon signing up for the service, we will discuss with the people currently in charge of the Centres of Excellence / Guilds and review the supporting needs, - We would calibrate the Service to your needs across a run of regular meetups and internal newsletters and stimulate any community forums that you may operate, - We will agree on a scope that we would support for 12 months, which we would fix-price as-a-service, - We would discuss your interest in running further programmes across multiple communities or several years. We can also extend this service to public speaking at our meetup, and we review and arrange with you to feature on the conference tour, help you with paper submissions, and coach your leaders to prepare their presentations (which offers great scope for leadership development).
Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
