Service Description
This programme is uniquely designed to provide continuous assistance to Senior Executives, including CEOs, COOs, CTOs, CIOs, and Heads of Change, in navigating the complexities of change, such as: - Organisational change for Flow, - Excellence and LeanTech practices and leadership, - Systemic leadership and developing a context for team collaboration, - New approaches to distributing the strategy, - Or a mix of all the above. We understand your challenges and provide the support you need to reflect, make sound decisions, and advance your leadership. Leadership can be a lonely journey, and we are here to be your sounding board. Our approach is supportive yet challenging, designed to bring out the best in your leadership. With our experience and comprehensive coverage of new perspectives, we will help dramatically improve your decisions, your relationships, and, ultimately, your growth. Format of the service: At the service's core are monthly virtual or in-person whiteboard sessions: - Review your priorities to help you stay focused and reflect on what's meaningful, - Offer challenging views, explore alternatives, and co-create solutions, - Educate on new concepts and perspectives. In addition, we will also: - Run a fortnightly check-in to review progress, drive commitment, address emerging issues and prepare the focus of the next monthly session, - Offer some ad-hoc offline time to give feedback on presentations or other documents, help prepare important sessions, help solve conflicts or approach new situations. We understand the demands of your schedule and the potential constraints of travel. If in-person monthly whiteboard sessions are not feasible, we can fully manage the service remotely, with lighter virtual sessions and some offline work. We would accommodate you in the best possible way. Once you book the service, we will onboard you on our Platform for Change to organise the cadence of meets. Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish your interest in engaging the support of Henko. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of an engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for engagements that need to happen on a specific date (e.g., presentations, off-sites). It is best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
