Service Description
Please inquire about commissioning a training or group supervision cohort in your business. Some training and supervision groups are not run publically and are only available in the private set-up of in-house cohorts. We offer the following training cohorts: - Applied Flow Fundamentals, - Leadership of LeanTech Excellence, - Winning strategies with Wardley Maps, - Distributing and collaborating on the strategy with the xMatrix, - Leadership of effective collaboration or systemic leadership. We also offer reflective supervision labs on topics such as change, LeanTech, engineering leadership, agility, strategic thinking, and more. These labs develop mastery and anchor practical adoption. We can also design tailored group labs in your context. Please organise an initial call to discuss your needs. From the call we can determine an approach and give you an initial quote.
Cancellation Policy
This is a booking for a free consultation to discuss your needs and explore the solutions from Henko's System for Continuous Change. We will aim to accommodate those consultations, though we may occasionally need to move them to accommodate client work. We apologise in advance if this happens. As those consultations are only 30 minutes long, please provide as much context as possible in the booking form. This will help us quickly determine how to help you.
