Service Description

This service is a turnkey engagement under our Spirited services that addresses the challenge of Agile practices in teams. Many teams have adopted Agile mechanically and potentially settled on the wrong foundations. This service specifically focuses on the effectiveness of collaboration in Agile team events. It visits the Agile team events one by one, unpeels mechanical practices, and replaces them with a strong emphasis on organising team collaboration. This circle is a natural fit for scrum-masters and Agile coaches, but it's also designed to benefit any Agile team role, including product owners, team leaders, and team members. Format of the Service: - In our initial call, we'll discuss how to organise a cohort, to keep it adequately diverse across the business, - We'll run an introduction session setting up the collaborative alliance, framing the topics and organise the "hot seats", - We'll then run seven sessions using our facilitation techniques for coaching supervision labs, - The last session will also include a wrap. If you do not have the critical scale for operating in-house labs, please enquire as we can look to combine non-competitive businesses with shared labs and/or bulk onboard you on a public run of such labs.
