Group supervision services, or labs, mutualise the service and are less costly. They offer exposure to other people's situations, enriching the diversity of experiences discussed. We limit the group size to allow intimate group dynamics.

We offer very attractive community pricing for practitioners who self-fund their personal development. Standard cohorts are based on general business change considerations. We will launch specialist master labs in the future, which will deep-dive into specific areas of Henko's System for Continuous Change.

The labs are equally suitable for professional coaches, change agents, or leaders supporting their organisation through change. Our supervision services can count towards attaining or renewing credentials for professional coaches with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and coaches following a portfolio application for their credentials.
